Call credit top-ups
Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. When you need more โ mid-campaign, peak season, or just a big push โ top up on demand. No subscription required.
Top-up credit is consumed only after your monthly plan credit runs out. The more you top up at once, the more bonus credit you get.
If credit runs out, calls pause automatically โ no surprise overages. You'll receive an alert when your balance drops below $5. Unused top-up credit never expires.

VAT & invoicing
All prices are excluding VAT. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing country. EU VAT numbers qualify for reverse charge. Invoices are issued automatically each billing cycle.
Refund policy
Monthly plans: no refund for the current period. Annual plans: full refund within 14 days if no calls were made. Top-ups are non-refundable but never expire.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
Call credit rounding
Call credit is billed per second with no minimum. Partial seconds are rounded up to the nearest second at the end of each call.
Inbound calls
Inbound calls are supported on all paid plans. Inbound minutes are drawn from the same monthly call credit as outbound calls.
Recording & storage
Call recordings and transcripts are stored for 90 days on Starter, 12 months on Professional, and 24 months on Business. Storage can be extended on request.

Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated). Downgrades apply at the next renewal. You can cancel any time โ access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Is there a free trial?

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA Direct Debit (Europe only), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing country. EU companies with a valid VAT number benefit from reverse charge.
Can I bring my own phone number?
Yes. If you connect your own number via Telnyx, Twilio, Vonage, or SIP, you don't pay the monthly number fee to Agoralia.
